Zucchini (Summer squash) is easy to grow and prolific producers. Zucchini Squash is a member of the cucurbit family of vegetables, which also includes Pumpkins and Cucumbers. A couple plants are often all a family needs to grow plenty of Squash.

As with all Summer Squash, Zucchini needs warm summer weather perform at its best.

Zucchini Squash are large, bushy plants. The fruit is harvested when they are immature and have soft skins. Their Fruit can be stored for 1 to 2 weeks.
