Parsley is an easy plant to grow and is often used as a garnish. Nevertheless, the nutritional value of parsley is outstanding, and can be used as a salad green in several types of dishes and added to soups and sauces.

It can easily be grown indoors in containers.

Parsley prefers cool weather and should be treated more as a perennial in your organic garden in a permanent spot. Parsley is a shallow-rooted plant that constant watering and a rich mix of compost for best results
